ABSA Rewards - Disgraceful poor rewards system that gives you nothing!

Absa rewards biggest joke ever! I have been a premium Banking customer since March and I have had my salary paid into my account, been filling up at Sasol, switched to email for statements and Absa marketing, paid the R22 absa reward fee - My Absa rewards for 2 months is R12 from ABSA rewards! I have had a zero ABSA rewards balance since I started and a call was logged with ABSA reference AR82393 and still nothing after 2 weeks! ABSA rewards benefits ABSA and not ABSA customers. Compared to other banks - ABSA rewards is a poor rewards system and a disgrace to the banking community! ABSa require you to have a savings account and homeloan with them to benefit at all from their Rewards programme! An utter disgrace ABSA - Shame on you!
