Absa Rewards Cheats!!!
Have been trying to get to tier 5 on Absa Rewards for two months. Took out a personal loan, activated e-statements which should have taken me easily to tier 5, on inquiry on why I am still on tier 4, I was informed that I did not give marketing consent which is a lie as I checked on Internet Banking and my marketing consent is ticked.
I get the impression that Absa do not want people on tier 5.
I am getting to the point of considering taking my banking elsewhere as I do not believe Absa are dealing in good faith in short I don't believe I can trust them.
