Absa Rewards cheating...
So, I have been a Tier 5 rewards member for a while now. I was downgraded to Tier 4 which I don't mind and I understand why. My problem is that when it came to getting my rewards at the end of October, I was rewarded as if I was on Tier 4 all along - They did not take into account my earnings on Tier 5.
Basically: 15 September to 15 October: Tier 5 Just before end October: Downgraded to Tier 4 End October: Rewarded as if I was Tier 4 for the whole cycle. Where are my rewards while I was spending while still on Tier 5?
This is not right I have logged an escalation with Absa rewards but nobody has acknowledged or come back to me.
Extremely disappointed.
