Absa rewards calculated on a incorrect amount spent at Sasol
I spent R778.05 on fuel at Sasol, however on my Absa Mobile App it reflects only R67.80 spent with a 5.5% reward of R3.73
When asking about this I received feedback from Absa saying it will only reflect the next month!
My question however is why then does it reflect already on my statement and why with the incorrect amount?
