ABSA Rewards a ****
ABSA Rewards have to be recalculated monthly by hand. Overrides needed monthly which is ridiculous and correct amount only paid mid month. SARB to govern financial service rewards.
My calculations this month is short of 20 points and I am told to get a will or open an account with a balance of R5000 etc. Yet ABSA did not include my savings account I opened in January 2019 which earns me 20 points and push me to Tier 5. This change to 50 points if the account has a minimum balance of R 5 000,00.
ABSA have excuses to not pay every month and every month the rewards is wrong. Stop using your credit cards as you're overspending just for a few rand and an excuse.
