ABSA Rewards

The 29 March 2016, I pass throw Middelburg in the Eastern Cape. Stop at the Sasol petrol station, i full up my car with Dessiel. As ABSA rewards say the Month run from the 16 March to the 15 April. I need to look at the end of the month of April to see if the rewards were added to my account. I have done so and saw that the rewards were never add. As I call the call centre the agent told me that It is not a Sasol Petrol station. Because the Amount came from a Volkhost motors and not SASOL. In the adverts it says at any Sasol petrol station you will receive 5 % rewards. You can’t miss a SASOL petrol station. Agent told me as well that the owners do change the speed point not to reflect Sasol, this allow SABS not to pay the 5%. Now you think you use a SASOL but it not reflects as ABSA. In my world this state to me there are things happing under the table and someone else getting the benefit in this.
