ABSA Rewards

I am very concerned about ABSA. I received an SMS saying i registered for ABSA Rewards which i never did. I called the call centre and the nice lady helped cancel it and gave me the Information that a Mrs R Moodley joined me today ,while i last went to the branch in December. This is totally not acceptable and scary . How should I trust ABSA and the consultants if they can register you whithout your concent or even going to the branch. My salary and savings are clearly not safe at ABSA.
