Absa rewards

So it took me about a month to open and get my Absa reward account linked on my online banking profile. Now almost another month further I see I'm still on level or tier 1, although I have 3 home loans, vehicle loan, savings account, a cheque account into which my salary is deposited. Contact the cas manager and said she will escalate it. That is the last I heard. I this how you treat your clients? Absa will I earn against my level 4/5 for the almost past two months?
