ABSA rewards
I cancelled my ABSA rewards today purely because it not beneficial to me. I'm not mad at ABSA or anything. So I phoned the rewards call centre and how rude was the woman I spoke to!! I am your client lady.. she even had the audacity to put the phone down in my ear without greeting me.. ABSA this is sad! Your customer service is pathetic. I will be looking for a new bank with service.
