Absa Rewards
Hi,
I have been registered with ABSA rewards for a long time. I upgraded my check account to Premium Banking. Online banking then opened a second cheque account. That account went into arrears with bank charges. I paid up the account and closed it.
No I'm not earning absa rewards and the call center keeps telling me I had an account in overdraft that is why I'm not earning rewards. Now that the account is closed can I start earning absa rewards again without being told that an account was in arrears - I can't stand hearing this excuse over and over... please help?
