ABSA Reward ****

It looks like ABSA rewards is a ****. Some of the purchases are not even added or included from this reward. Next thing I get backdated rewards which takes some rewards from what I have accumulated. What is that? After this signup I am definitely cancelling this ABSA reward. I am not getting the reward I thought would get.
