ABSA Reward false advertising

ABSA Rewards flight booking app is false advertising, they say you get a 20% discount if you pay with your credit card, all they do is take Safairs prices add 20% on and then give you a 20% discount. It costs more to book on the ABSA rewards flight app than if you book directly on Safairs web site. ABSA's TV add says get up to 100% off when you book flights this is absolute false advertising. When you select the flights for example Durban to East London on the app it shows the price as R1499 and the return flight as R929 It then shows a total price of R2089.28 at the bottom of the app, they then add a booking fee of R169, when you select pay with credit card it says you will get a 20% discount

However when you pay it deducts the full amount without any discount. So at the end of the day it is cheaper to book directly on Safairs website.

The same flights cost less when booking on Safair than on ABSA’s flight app.
