ABSA reward ****

ABSA does not pride themselves with the staff that they employ who are useless.

I made a complaint regarding absa rewards where is spent R5500 to get a woolies vouchers and I did not receive it.

The rewards consultant just sent me a general copy and paste from the reward promotion without answering any of my complaint.

Refiloe Mphasane Send me a general information and say I must email them for general information, she should have kept quite if she was not gonna have customer care. I asked her where did I not qualify?
