Absa Retrenchment

last month my retrenchment was paid out after i had to fight and wasting my resources. I honestly wonder how is this bank stuff working. Last month i had to argue to get the policy( retrenchment cover) pay me and this month (May 2021) the 2nd retrenchment payment is due but not yet paid to me.

I have been sending messages trying to find out when will they pay but all my emails and calls are not answered. I dont know if its fair to be a loyal client who has to waste his money with long calls and and emails that i cannot afford.

If the cover is ***** then they shouldn't have advertised it. Stop *****ing people
