Absa retaliating for a national article by attacking my credit record.

Absa have cancelled an automatic payment from my credit card to my checking account.

They did this without asking or informing me.

They then didn't notify me that they were expecting a payment. They claim it was due July 15th. They only requested it July 19th.

I confirmed this was true with Absa and paid on the 20th, having NEVER ONCE EVER in 20 years needed to manually pay my credit card.

So now my credit record has plummeted as I was about to purchase a home.

Now I have to take them to regulators. and this is after they made my life a living hell on vehicle insurance issues.
