Absa Retail Collections Team, Ignores my emails. on the 14th i sent a email enquiring on a journal that was done on my account. I started on debt counseling in January 2019 and Absa accepted a consent order from the court for R8924.29 i have paid R9921.05 and no one can explain to me why. I have escalated the matter to the following people Taneem Arendze, Leazel Du Plessis, Micaela Myburg and Jared Moorgas.no one is getting back to me. Is this how Absa treats its consumers.
