Absa rescinded debt review court order and simply want families out on the street

I think this would be about my 6th or 7th complaint. I am under debt counseling and have been for sometime. Every single year Absa issue summons with no reason other than to scare people into relinquishing there home, and every year we write the same post and approach a attorney. Last year I receive a call from a Absa employee who advised me that Absa had recinded the court order, I asked on what grounds and was told that the court order did not include insurance. We where never served any court documents whatsoever. In the past 6 years my health has suffered due to the emence stress that Absa put on me and my family year after year. When Lockdown started for covid 19 I immediately emailed Absa stating that I was on no work no pay and required assistance during this time, every email was met with the same response, we will get back to you as we are experiencing high volumes of emails and calls. This matter is an ongoing yearly tactic which has basically RIPPED our family apart, We plead for a PERMANT LONG TERM solution. We ask that anyone here that could assist or point us in the right direction I would be sincerely grateful, and thank you for taking the time to read my post.
