ABSA REPOSSESSED AUCTIONS

I bought a car from your repossessed auctions which came together with a key. The key stopped working a month after purchasing the car. The dealership confirmed that the key is a **** key. When I call the call center i get put through to pillar to post, the minute you explain the situation with the repossed car, the phone just goes beep! No telephone etiquette. ABSA does not guarantee that when you purchase the car that the previous owner who has the original key can take their car back at anytime after registration of the car. To have the key and replaced set and locks sorted, amounts to R22 145. You guys should at least guarantee that the keys are are decommissioned to allow for some sort of safety for the new owners. Everybody losses except for ABSA at the very least notify us that the car keys are not decommissioned and at anytime after registration the previous owner will have details of the new owner. Where is the safety in that? Now I have a car that stands in my yard? What a wow? Dont buy cars from ABSA repossessions.
