Absa Relief?
Absa took 3 installments off my account on the same day. First a double installment totaling R 5.252.05 and later that day under JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J a further R2.739.59.
1 month after the relief ended, I get a message from Absa stating my loan is in arrears, which is odd as my loan is with Absa and they debit my account.
What is going on Absa.?
