Absa Relationship Manager Complaint.

We do not have access to our od facility due to outstanding financials, when we contacted our relationship manager Mapula Ramokone, she informed us that both our companies accounts is handed over to legal department, but if we can submit accountant letter confirming when our financials will be ready, they will be able to give us access to our o/d facility on our business account. After 3 weeks of numirous struggles for confirmation when we will have access again, querying the direct contact person at legal department for o/d facility access arrangements, she does not supply us with the legal department., When we got hold of our account relationship manager after yet another week, she informs us that we are not going to get access to our o/d facility, we informed her that she is not competent to assist, due to the fact that she assured us that we will have access as soon as we submit accountant confirmation and requested a contact person that will be able to assist us, she informed us that she does not care and cut the phone conversation with us.
