Absa refusing to restructure my bond repayment
I have been requesting absa to restructure my bond repayment since November 2024 when i lost an income and they are refusing. all the do is to ask for my motivation which ive been sending about 5 times. They offered 50% restructuring and i agreed but they came later asking for a motivation.
