ABSA refusing to correct the title of a beneficiary name and surname

My mom has a funeral policy with ABSA bank and listed me Ms Busisiwe Dhladhla as her beneficiary. However, on the policy document it is written Mr Busisiwe Dhladhla which is a typing error. I've called them numerous times to change it without success. I don't trust ABSA as they took 3 years to pay my father's funeral cover, which they were still refusing until I wrote on hellopeter.

ABSA please correct the beneficiary on my mom's policy document and mail her the updated policy schedule.
