ABSA REFUSING TO ASSIST A GROUP OF ELDERLY WOMEN

A group of elderly people that have a money saving society with Absa for more than 5 years,we told they need to update something on their profile on the 14th however they missed it and communicated with the branch(absa Brits) when they went again they went to the same branch they were told they are fully booked until July next year! They tried going to a Absa a mall near by they were told to go back to the absa in town.

These are women aged between 50-60 which have been banking with Absa for more than 10 years.what must happen to their group saving society until next year July
