Absa refusing remove paid loan from credit burea

I paid of my car a year and 4 months ago, but my debt is still appears as in arrears on my Experian Credit record. I have contacted Absa several time, over the past 4 months, I'm just getting one response of checking my updated record after 21 days. To date this debt still appears as in arrears. My account was handled by a lady Farzana Khan, I communicated directly to her work email: ***ca still no help.
