ABSA refusing debit order reversal
You can reverse 3rd party debit orders regardless of the reason. But when it comes to your own, you don't want to. That is ********* practice and I will take this further.

I even spoke to Tshepiso in the complaints dept. She could not assist. I will take this to the Ombudsman if I cannot get an answer as to why it's advertised that debit orders can be reversed but with its own, ABSA refuses. It's *********

Please reverse it ASAP. My complaint is going to the Ombudsman now
