ABSA refuses to reverse ********** transaction

I bought crypto currency with my credit card, $250, the next day I realized I fell for one of the oldest tricks in the book and asked ABSA not to make the money available or please to reverse the payment after about 20 emails(there is NO other way you can contact the ***** department) they came back with "the company refuses to let them reverse the payment"! Hell yes the would!! I have begged the *********, they wanted me to actually fill in the paperwork before they pay it back but till date obviously no money!!
