ABSA refuses to reduce overdraft
I've been battling to reduce my overdraft for almost a week. I'm a pensioner and would never be able to repay my overdraft if I end up using it all. It is a security risk for me. <br> My local ABSA branch has shown me that it is an ABSA-wide problem. It took me minutes in the past to increase my overdraft. Now that I no longer need it it is taking a week and still not able to reduce it. What is ABSA's agenda?
