ABSA refuses to pay back the money

From January 2015 ABSA has been debiting R112.60 for ABSA Life every month until end of September 2015 from my mom's account. On the 8th of October we called ABSA and spoke to Thato and told him about the issue we have. He said he could see all the debits on the system and would refund my mom back all 9 months debited after 7 days from the 8th of October 2015. Seven days have already passed and no money has been paid back. ABSA please refund my mom back all her money which you have taken from her for no good reason.
