ABSA REFUSES TO PAY BACK An insignificant refund

After a long drawn email conversation with ABSA who still haven't refunded a small refund, this is what they have said, INCLUDING A HINT THAT THEY HAVE DISCUSSED THE MATTER WITH THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT - READ WHAT YOU MAY FROM THAT BIT- Below is part of their non apologetic response... "You can either complete Absa form 1288 instructing us where to pay credit amount or to withdraw from Flexi Reserve, minimum R1 000.00,as per policy.
