Absa Refuses To Make Payment for overpayment on a loan account

<p>i made anover payment on my personal loan account which i notified Absa of. They havebeen sending me from one department to the next trying to dodge paying me back the refund. I have been tying since February 2017 i still have not received the money instead they sent me letters of hrrassment through their attorneys when they are the ones who owe me money. When i call their call centre they confirm that ther is an overpayment but i need to call another department which then conviniently say they cant pick up the system information for the over payment</p>
