ABSA refuses to help, instead tries to take double debit order!

So, I told you multiple times that my company put me on short time so I'm not getting the same salary. I asked multiple times for help, and you flat out refused, even after I sent you confirmation from my company's payroll department that the company is not making enough money to pay full salaries. Then you try and bully me into making an arrangement of R3800 which you know full well I cannot pay. And, now the last straw is that you tried to take R7335 off my account. So, now I'm going to report you to both the financial ombudsman and the NCR. I already made a payment of R2000 which was literally all I could afford. I could barely pay my rent this month, and you want to take more than R7000 after I said I'm having extreme financial difficulties. This is unacceptable behaviour from ABSA. And if these institutions cannot help, this situation will be unfolding on social media. I've literally had enough, after I tried my best to get help from you long before the first debit order was even due to go off.
