ABSA refuses to give me bond statements

I have a joint bond account with my Ex Husband with ABSA. I have since divorced in 2014. I cannot buy a house because my ex husband was given the house with the ABSA bond by court order and he is apparently not paying the house well. He did not reregister the account in his name. ABSA says I am liable for the account. I requested ABSA for the bank statements so that I can see the defaults but they are sending me from pillar to post. Please assist me to get 6 months bond statements from ABSA to e mail address: ********** bond account number is ********** 196401
