ABSA REFUSES TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!

I'm currently very upset with ABSA for the passed week my credit protection plan insurance has still not being cancelled. Ive called ample of times and been given an email address to email that does NOT WORK!

I AM VERY ****ED AS MY DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF NEXT WEEK. EVERYTIME I CALL IN, IM TRANSFERRED FROM ONE CONSULTANT TO ANOTHER. IVE SENT A LETTER OF CANCELLATION TO THE ABOVE EMAIL ADDRESS! MAKES ME SUSPICIOUS WHY ITS NOT WORKING? THE AMOUNT IS OVER R400 THAT IS DEBITED WITH MY CAR INSTALLMENT MONTHLY!

PLEASE REMOVE THIS INSURANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
