ABSA REFUSES TO CANCEL LIFE INSURANCE POLICY ON CANCELLED HOME LOAN

I instructed the bond attorneys of ABSA to cancel my life insurance when the house was sold. The documentation was submitted to the attorneys on 5 November 2020. On 9 December 2020 the house was registered in the buyers name. On 11 December 2020 I received a letter that the life policy's premie will be subtracted on 1 February 2021. I again contacted ABSA and was informed that I need to email the documentation to them. I emailed all the documentation again. On 21 December 2020 I again contacted ABSA and was again informed that I need to again submit the documentation which I did. The policy has to date not been cancelled and ABSA is not assisting me in any manner.
