ABSA refuses to acknowledge my proxy and power of Attorney over me and my husband’s joint account after being loyal clients for many years

ABSA refuses to acknowledge my proxy and power of Attorney over me and my husband’s joint account after being loyal clients for many years. Absa credit life canceled the life policy on our credit card and would only activate it if they can speak to him. My husband is disabled due to his MS condition. Visited a branch, completed a form but 3 weeks later, no action from ABSA to resolve the issue.
