absa refuses tA_ help add a beneficiary

Sars is demanding payment, I want to pay sars, havd tried adding them as beneficiary, went into 2 different absa branches, got 3 different stories, thd absa app requires an account number, sars says they are already set up with absa, thd absa facebook page just mocks me, not reading my questions just responding with standard answers, the money is in my absa account, I just want to pay sars, absa has really gond down, the 2nd branch actually said thd first branch was tslking nonsense!
