Absa refused to help me update my number.

If I could rate this service with no stars I would, I recently visited the Phoenix plaza branch and was seeing to by a Africa lady and she was completely ****** towards my Indian boss he help me to come sort my account out , I was told to go and verify my ID and update my details cause I don't know the number or have the Sim card I used but she told me she can't help me cause there's a case of ***** when I'm calling ***** they telling me that I must go to the branch to update my details when I'm going to the branch they telling me they can't and I lost 3 days worth of pay running to absa yourl are they worst bank in south Africa your stuff is **** .
