ABSA refuse to take responsibility for their refunding money to my mom after her card was jammed in the machine by card ****mers at ABSA BANK ATM NORTH PARK MALL

My mom tried to withdraw money from a ABSA atm in Pretoria North sometime in 2024 and her card was jammed in the ATM by Card Jammer *****s.The next minute R5000 was taken and ABSA refused to refund the money as they said it was negligence. On 16 December 2025 a similar incident happend again when she inserted her card it was jammed and refused to released it back to her. It was a public holiday so she couldn't enter the bank as it was closed , so she went home and called ABSA stop card line.By that time another R5000 was ****** which the daily limit.The following day ABSA again said she must fill out forms and they will get back to her.Its been 3 weeks and no response from ABSA . Their are cameras at the ATM but I beleive its either inside job because ABSA keeps on passing the buck and saying they are not responsible ,which is a lie as ABSA ATM withheld my moms ATM card by Jaming the ATM it was impossible for her to retrieve her Card . How is it possible my mom can withdraw R5000 if her card is jammed in ABSA atm .This is totally Unacceptable! Please follow up urgently or I'm making this PUBLIC!
