Absa refuse to reverse my money
I tried to purchased flight tickets, the money was debited but I did not received the tickets, I then email the company as requested by the bank, they said they have removed Authorization. The money is still showing on my balance but the bank doesn't want to reverse it. It is still my money, I never received the goods I ended up buying bus tickets to Capetown. It's been a month now,

25 Nov 2022, 09:48I was sent an email with reference and information of the person who is investigating my case, they promised to call on the 11/11/2022 but they have not called me.
I tried to reach out many times but phone is always busy or ring once then cut off.
