ABSA REFUSE TO PAY MY MONEY BACK!
I have made a payment from my Nedbank account to an old ABSA CREDIT CARD account. this account is paid up and closed. Absa is refusing to refund my money. Nedbank charges 95% banking fees to reverse the payment. Nedbank advised that ABSA should pay the money back, because ABSA received the money. Nedbank also stated that Absa has no justification for not paying back my money. Reference number: C-***9
