Absa refuse to change my debit date .so they can rip me off with previous

I went to absa campus squre two weeks ago to ask if they can help change my debit as my pay day has change . The lady told me she can't change cause I owe them 400 and something. I said to her I'm not changing the bank all I'm asking is to change the debit day that's all . She still refuse 😤. So this is the kind of robing cause as we speak I'm owing them a lot of primiums and they keep changing. Can any one help or advice .or should I run 🏃♂️ Cause since I bank with absa from 1998 till now iv never expirince this or is this the sin of letting go
