Absa refund

An overpayment was made by my debt review guys and a refund was initiated. This was on the 12th of this month. It's the 3rd week now and I am told that the refund was only initiated yesterday. Mind you, this has been the same feedback I received every time I called in. I call in at least twice a week and every time I get escalated and have not received any joy.

Also I called in on the 15th of March and was told my balance was R18k and some change. Since then a little more than R28k has been paid to my account. How is that my refund is only R6k? How did you get to the R6k?

I asked to speak to a manager and was given an email address that doesn't exist. Sent and email and received an u delivered response.

This whole bank is starting to look like a ****.
