ABSA REFUND

ABSA ACTIONLINE IS USELESS!!! They cannot resolve a simple refund! Is there a capable person who can really assist a client?! Is it too much to ask that ABSA can employ staff who knows how to do refunds please resolve my query? Can you have a capable person who knows how to do debits and credits and reconcile your clearance account?! Something went wrong with a deposit from ABSA to Standard Bank - once again I am not the first customer to have this problem with ABSA. PAY BACK MY MONEY ABSA... AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! You are sitting with my money for over 2 months now and I need that money bac****!!!!!! AND DON'T FORGET MY INTEREST!
