ABSA reduce overdraft
We have been trying for weeks to get a business overdraft reduced.
We have now received a form to complete that is actually a form to cancel an overdraft, simple with the word "cancel" crossed out.
The form has no indication of by how much we wish to reduce the overdraft.
Can someone let us know what the correct process is.
