Absa recoveries Rude and no help and now theft of my salary

My full salary was paid into my dormant account. I owed Absa banking fees from stop order they did not want to stop over the phone as my income was not the same during the lockdown last year. I am trying to get my balance of my salary paid back to me to a... wait for it Absa account! I thought to my own stupidness that the money will be in my account the next day. My salary was paid on 27 and Absa took what was owed to them. It is 2 February and I still have not received the balance of my money. I do not know if I should go open a case at the police for theft? I have a complaint against the recovery department at Absa. Not sure what will come of it. C/***1. Now thank you absa the money left over was for my medical aid and car insurance. Now my medical aid is suspended and I have no insurance. Are you going to help me if God Forbid I get into a accident or one of my kids get sick. This is theft of my money nothing less
