Absa really pathetic experience

I had app**** with Absa vehicle finance last month and was approved... Upon signing the contract over night the car I purchased had issues... Now having app**** for another vehicle Absa declines me based on what... Now the problem is that I have a bad record with them... How does this work.. the service is absolutely pathetic and did like the business with them based on the interest rate... Hope this will touch a nerve so that this ruling which is affecting my record will come to and end... Absa you need to understand what changed towards a client in a matter of few days... Now this is affecting all the other financial institutions based on what you say about me..
