Absa Randburg Great Client Service

Got charged a fairly unusual amount for internet banking. Went to Randburg branch was assisted by Tendani who printed a detailed report of the internet fees. I was satisfied with the transactions but not with the total charge as internet banking should be much cheaper than what I have paid for. Things like payments, airtime purchase and Cash Send. The fees almost defeat the convenience of internet banking. Her service was quick and explanation on point as she deserves a 5 star but I am nkt happy with the fees.
