ABSA Randburg - Another fail

I visited your Randburg branch which is situated at Ferndale on Republic on the 30 August 2024. I needed to apply for a credit card or overdraft but was told my profile was blocked due to *****. The consultant ( Lerato) called various people to remove it and eventually sent an email escalation as no one could resolve it. She advised she would call me back 24-48 hours with feedback. It is 2 weeks later and still no call back. I tried contacting the branch over 30 times and guess what NO ANSWER. Does ABSA even value their clients or is bad service the norm? Please can someone, actually anyone resolve my issue who is competent enough and wont have to further call another 10 people for approval or guidance.
