ABSA Race issue

Biggest mistake I ever made was to open a Absa Cheque Account , You always think that your bank has your back but unfortunately ABSA clearly does not have your best interest, I am with absa for 8 months now and thinking they would look after there customers but no after banking with them for months earning a good salary being a good payer making sure all my accounts are on time and living life as usual was unnoticed by Absa, I app**** for my first car which they first Approved and then came up with excuses to decline my deal with the most famous Excuse Did not meet minimum criteria, but then you think why was it preapproved and validated which is just a formality , how ever MFC came to my rescue and realized I needed a car as they can clearly see I'm paying for Vehicle hire , after so many months they never even offer me a credit card FACILITY , is this a race issue I'm not sure , but gave them another try and app**** for a loan , they come up with a ridiculous reason why , Because I just got a car finance yet my affordability is there . Wasting your time banking with these fools that don't have your back , rethinking of moving over to an Institut that cares.
