Absa queues r ridiculous and everyone is just so slow

I have a problem with all the ABSA banks in Kimberley, during the busy times like on the 15th of the month and around month end there are only two consultants and around 3 tellers working. The lines will be ridiculously but do u think they are bothered. A person can spent close to 4 to 5 hours in the queue before getting assistance. So when ever I have to go to the bank I know I must take leave at work on that day cause I have a full day job at ABSA on the queues. That's beyond bad
